Wibe Terms of Service

1. Introduction

   Welcome to Wibe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and related services (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Who May Use the Services
   • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
   • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate information (email, password) and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Your Use of Wibe

   You may use Wibe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

   • Post illegal, harassing, infringing, defamatory, or obscene content.
   • Circumvent any security or access restrictions.
   • Rent, lease, lend, or sell access to your Wibe account.
4. Content Ownership & License
   • Your Content: You retain ownership of anything you post (text, images, audio, video).
   • Our License: By posting, you grant Wibe a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate the Services.
5. Wibe’s Intellectual Property

   All trademarks, logos, and content within the Services (excluding your content) belong to Wibe or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Privacy & Data

   Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

7. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you violate these Terms or for any reason, at our discretion. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
   • AS-IS: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
   • No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied.
   • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify Wibe and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

    Wibe may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of India.
